In todays globalized environment, it has become ambitious for the managers to completely eliminate the threats that globalization has brought. Multinational companies face many of such difficulties in acquiring efficient staff in other countries. Multinational companies demand to build up their brand name and reputation. They need to provide the same quality and facilities in every country they are working in. However, the human resources for sale in different countries bring different challenges for them. They need to develop a plan to accumulate a workforce which could perfectly carry out the pipeline the company aims to achieve. The concept of repatriation and expatriation is also worth mentioning here as the human resource development program must consider these concepts. As an acquit gets the assigned work done in the other country and moves back to the host country, he faces the adjustment problems all over again. A complete and feasible HRD strategy must also take in to account these workers who are sent abroad while working permanently in some multinational organization.Objective The aim of this paper is to identify the key challenges faced by senior managers in todays globalized business environment in achieving satisfactory human resources.
